She has led multi-million-dollar technology programs, negotiated major contracts, guided enterprise implementations, and built the governance and training programs that help change actually stick.

But her real strength is simpler: she sees the big picture, connects the right people and pieces, and gets things moving.

Amanda founded KACE & Co. to bring that experience to organizations navigating complex projects, difficult change, and the gap between strategy and execution.
